As strange as it sounds, eating fat can actually help you lose weight. Not only that, your memory and your immune system(免疫系统) will improve from eating fat. It is a very bad idea to remove fat completely from your diet. "Good" fats are quite necessary. Meat fats should be avoided, along with oils in things like butter and snack foods. Old oils of any kind are also bad for you.

It would be pleasant to believe that all young girls in the past got married for romantic reasons; but the fact is that many of them regarded marriage as their only chance to gain independence from their parents, to have a provider, or to be assured of a good place in society. When I first learn to write in English, I ran into many difficulties. The main problem was in that I always thought in Chinese and tried to translate anything into English.
